1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PKWin platform, including all game categories, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support functions. By registering an account on PKWin, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

3.Account Registration

Each person may hold only one PKWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. PKWin is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated account information, including delays in withdrawal processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. PKWin will never contact you to ask for your password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKWin support immediately.

PKWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage . This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.Deposits

All deposits on PKWin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKWin supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction. PKWin does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside PKWin's control.

Deposits must come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. PKWin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that does not match your account details, it may be held pending investigation and potentially reversed to the originating source.

PKWin reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or account security concerns are identified. Deposits are not intended as a savings or investment mechanism — funds deposited on PKWin should reflect amounts you are comfortable using for gaming entertainment.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made from your PKWin account at any time, subject to account verification status, active bonus wagering requirements, and the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is applied consistently. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, PKWin support will assist in identifying an appropriate alternative.

Processing times vary by method. PKWin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but the final delivery time depends on your payment provider's processing schedule. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers due to the nature of those networks.

PKWin may delay or withhold a withdrawal if:

• Your account identity verification is incomplete or pending additional documents.
• There is an active investigation into account activity.
• You have an outstanding active bonus with wagering requirements that have not yet been met.
• The withdrawal request is flagged by PKWin's fraud or compliance systems.

PKWin does not charge withdrawal fees as a platform policy, though network or provider fees imposed by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or your bank are outside PKWin's control and may apply depending on your provider's own fee structure.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

PKWin offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements state the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 20,000 before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings becomes available.

The following applies to all PKWin bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and will be used after your real-money balance has been depleted in a given session.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless an offer specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• If you withdraw funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• PKWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, existing wagering terms will be honoured.

Any attempt to exploit promotions, including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic bonus abuse, will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

7.Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on PKWin — including cricket, PSL markets, T20 internationals, football, and esports — is governed by the specific rules published for each sport and competition type. These rules address how markets are settled, what constitutes a void bet, and how in-play betting is handled.

General betting rules that apply across all sports on PKWin include:

• Bets are accepted subject to PKWin's maximum stake limits, which may vary by sport, market type, and account history.
• All bets are final once confirmed. PKWin does not accept requests to cancel bets after confirmation except in the case of a clear platform error.
• In-play bets may be suspended or rejected during periods of rapid match development, data feed delays, or system maintenance. PKWin is not liable for bets that cannot be placed during these periods.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules for that competition. Generally, bets on postponed matches are voided unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• PKWin settles bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Results determined by appeal or governing body review after initial settlement may or may not trigger bet re-settlement at PKWin's discretion.
• Accumulator bets that include a void selection will have the void leg removed and the accumulator settled at reduced odds across the remaining selections.

PKWin reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any account at its discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are identified.

8.Casino and Slot Games

Casino games, slot games, live casino, and bingo on PKWin are provided by third-party game providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, via a live dealer studio feed. Game outcomes are determined independently of PKWin's systems.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and represents the theoretical long-term return across a large number of spins. RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Short-term variance means individual results can differ significantly from the theoretical RTP in either direction.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game round will be completed automatically according to the game's built-in logic. If a technical error causes a game to malfunction and a result cannot be determined, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.

PKWin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your own internet connection issues during a game session. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable connection before starting a game, particularly for live casino where disconnection may affect your participation in a live round.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKWin and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.

PKWin monitors account and transaction activity continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.

10.Account Suspension and Closure

PKWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, and account inactivity.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. PKWin will notify you of the closure and the reason where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

Accounts that have had no activity (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PKWin will attempt to contact you before taking any action on an inactive account. Maintenance fees may apply to inactive accounts as outlined in the applicable fee schedule.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PKWin support. Any real-money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.

11.Limitation of Liability

PKWin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform works to maintain continuous availability, PKWin does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond PKWin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKWin is not liable for:
